We’re delighted to welcome Lance McNaughton to Duxstad & Bestul, S.C. Lance received his law degree from Washington & Lee University, and also has a Master of Public Policy degree from Duke University’s Sanford School of Public Policy. In addition to his extensive experience as an attorney, Lance has served as mayor of the Village of Shullsburg, as a member of the Southwest Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission, and as acting director of the Lafayette County Economic Development Corporation, and has been a director of the Southwest Badger Resource Conservation & Development Council, Inc. since 2000. His practice will emphasize municipal law, real estate transactions and probate and estate planning.
